Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Karma app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its content.

2. Content

Karma provides audio stories for entertainment purposes only. Stories are dramatized and are works of fiction or entertainment; they do not constitute advice of any kind. You are responsible for how you use the content.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

Karma offers an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial for new users.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Account & Deletion

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account within the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
